I am an Amsterdam based photographer. Studied mass communication at University of Amsterdam and worked 30 years in journalism. During this time i also completed Artemis Academy. All this time I was photographing.
Being a child of two artists, both painters, art was always nearby. I create my own view on the world, using my camera as my tool.
In my work, I think a lot about point of view. When I look through a lens, do I see what you see? Sometimes, one person can have a completely different perception of the same thing then another. What does our brain do here? This fascinates me endlessly. I try to explore these different views on reality.
